My Mom saw this guy walking in the West Village and just had to take his picture. She admired his cap, scarf, and tinted glasses. Uptown Colors
MISTER MORT and I (Ari) both have run into this colorful fellow Uptown. He’s always got a big smile on his face and his willing to pose for a photo. He told me that all of his clothing is home made!
