I often get asked what I look for when I am photographing people on the street. More than personal style, I look for people who emanate strength, vitality, and joyful spirit.

I’m excited to finally share the official Advanced Style Coloring Book cover and bonus Ilona paper-doll back page with everyone.  Here in New York, the summer is off to a great, (and very hot) start. Last week, my dear friends Alice Carey and Geoffrey Knox invited some of the Advanced Style ladies and me over for a wonderful party in their Greenwich Village apartment.
